Video not loading fast... Worst
I purchased full version...Material is too good.. BUT.. Videos takes hell lot of time for loading even with highest internet speed of 30 mbps... After if starts playing, rewinding or forwarding reminds me of 1998's internet videos and you will eventually be pushed to a stage of uninstalling even though money will be wasted.. IT department, Pls support MR. ADRIAN who seems to be fantastic in the area of IELTS training.
Unable to login thru App
Hi team, i bought subscription for this application but not able to open app on my mobile (ios version 15.6.1). Whenever i am trying to login, it prompt me error message “could not load the content please try again”.
However i am able to login on your website gieltshelp.com thru desktop. Kindly reaolve this issue at the earliest.
