QualSights is a qualitative insights platform used by brands and agencies around the world. Our app allows you to participate in a variety of paid market research projects, including qualitative research, video research, video surveys, and more. Straightforward directions & great experience with app
I’ve completed a few different sessions now and even though each one has been a different kind I have experienced no issues. The directions are laid out and tell you exactly what you need to complete. I just had to give my feedback and opinions and show some products in my home while talking about them!
Keeping track of sessions and projects was simple
I really liked that the home page brings you to your current projects so you know exactly what you need to do. Also the app tells you what each button means or does when you go to record a session- that was really helpful!
Super responsive team
I only had one question while I was doing my session during the project. Turns out to be my fault anyways. But the qualsights team was very helpful and supportive and got back to me very quickly. I was surprised and they were pretty nice about it too.
