Worst airlines ever

Go air without a doubt the worst airlines in business right now in India. There is a 50% chance your flight will get cancelled if you book Go air. And the worst torture is getting the cancellation amount. 100% sure you will never be able to reach via call to their customer care. After 10,15 attempts and waiting for hours on call, I once got connected their customer care. And you know what that thieves did? They just keep on saying that they are unable to hear my voice, eventhough I was able to hear them so clearly, wventhough when I shouted she got interrupted momentarily, which means she was actually able to hear. Such kind of behaviour is the first I’ve encountered, that they are giving training to agents how to mislead the customers.

Then I sent 100s of mails. Still I have got neither a reply for my mails nor a single penny as refund amount.

These people are not just bad at what they are doing, they are frauds also!

Refund

GoAir should come up with -1 star .. they really deserve -1Star .Unacceptable service provided by customer care. Fist of all mine 1st flight got cancel n than they provided me 2 option ,1st for full refund and 2nd for reschedule upcoming flight , so I hv gone with second option ,then agn mine flight also got cancel , agn I request than to shedule upcoming flight even that flight also got cancel and than I was littrly trying to connect with Cstmr care but all time thy phone was coming busy ... I have called thn more than 50+ time but still i was unable to connect with them due to that I have mail thm with my detail and told thm to give my amount back but still thr was no rply from thm .next mrng agn I called them and that time they r saying that my 2000+ amount will get deducted As a cancelation charges. Useless service by them. Request to all mine frend plz plz don’t even think of boking flight in goair

No confirmation of senior citizens age on GoAir App

I would have given a half star if there was option of half star to rate this app.

This is with reference to my ticket booked on GoAir App

While booking ticket senior citizen check box was selected which was not known to us. While adding details of passenger it required to mention age of the passenger. The app accepted the age which was not of senior citizen and booked the ticket. (I have the screen shot of passenger details for reference)

It’s a clear issue with the app which accepted the age which was not of senior citizen. While adding age any confirmation pop-up would have come which could intimate that the age does not match to avail senior citizen ticket.

Over and above it was not mentioned anywhere in the app, ticket, sms that the ticket was booked for senior citizen services.

As it was not mentioned any where in the above references we did not knew that he ticket has got booked for senior citizens. It a clear app usability issue for the user.

As it was not know to us that ticket is booked with senior citizens selection, when we reached airport we were shocked and surprised. We were helpless and were not even able to cancel the tickets. There was no option for us other than buying a new ticket

This is Misleading for GoAir app users.
