Big scam!
We purchased 5 attraction explorer pass for Dubai for 2 people. Today was our last day in Dubai and when we went to the attraction it showed as expired. Even though we used 4 of them and it’s expiry was after 60 days still in history it showed as unknown attraction and all the dates for previous attractions are also wrong. We tried calling their helpline but no one seems to pick up. We mailed them but no use. We wasted so much money and they owe me 594 usd
Don’t purchase anything from these fraudsters. They will put anything in the name of attraction which u didn’t visit and spoil your trip experience
Big Scam from these fraudsters
I made a booking for 2 people for 5 attractions pass and these thugs expired my pass when i went for only 4 attractions showing 5th as unknown and even expiring my pass when it was 60 days left
Dont purchase from them, all agents in Dubai told us these are fraudsters but we already purchased. I called them, mailed them but they never answer and they dont even have a chat based query resolver. Literally wasted my trip and hard earned money.
