Reliance self I app getting stuck when you do self assessment
Pathetic app, when am doing self assessment and taking photos after 3 to 4 photos every time the app is getting stuck. When I am calling to the number mentioned in app as toll free number it’s saying number is not valid. Can you please return money back as I didn’t receive any policy copy also after paying the full amount.
After accident tried claiming the insurance but after all procedure there is option “initiate video call” which never gets connected even after a good wifi and without that the survey will not complete . Next time I am changing the insurance company
