Goibibo: Hotel, Flight Booking 4+

Being a frequent traveller The most pathetic experience that I ever came across.
Both from Hotel and Goibibo.
Here I checked into this hotel on Sunday at 10th October and it was in a very obsolete location where cabs couldn’t go had to travel by foot to reach.
When I checked into the hotel bathroom was not clean at all with no toiletries and been given an excuse that previous customer had just vacated.
Rooms were smelly I just couldn’t bear to stay there any longer but had too because it was too late for me at night to check into another hotel.
So I stayed for one pathetic night of my life in this hotel.
I had this booking with breakfast included and guess what how would I be served breakfast?
In a black polythene bag with newspaper wrapped poori and in a polythene bag kadhi and one glass of tea.
I was shocked!!!
Never in my life I had seen this and this was enough for me to just vacate immediately with all my things.
I know nobody is gonna do anything about it neither you guys will do anything.
I just stayed there for only one terrible night.
Customer support of this app is again on a next level to give you lolipops and does nothing.
Reason for giving this feedback so late because I was travelling and just couldn’t get the sight out of my head.
Not going to recommend this app to anybody already have uninstalled it and told my friends and family about this horrendous experience.

Please read this before you consider availing their service. I had asked for a date change for my flight booking for which I had to pay an additional amount. After paying the amount, I had already received a confirmation mail from their side confirming that the amount has been paid, later I receive a call from Spice jet stating that they have not received the amount for the date change from Goibibo’s end and my booking has not been confirmed for the same. Also, the amount to be paid mentioned by spice jet was slightly more than what I had to pay to Goibibo so I called Goibibo and asked them to take care of this and the additional amount. Not only did they not give me the refund but they asked me to pay the charge + the additional amount to Spice Jet. Also note this, they have NO customer care number on their website. Absolute trash customer service. There’s no way for you to reach out to them which is obviously very convenient for them since they don’t want to address your issues. After hours of searching, I had finally found a number on a different website and when I asked the customer care agent how I should reach out to them in case I have a problem with the refund they just told me they’ll be in touch instead of assuring me in anyway or providing with a customer care number or mail. You will just get scammed if you use their service. Please be careful.

In regards to my booking at Kamal farms in Karjat , I had a horrible experience. Planning a vacation after 2 long years and my praneta going out after this time was a look forward for vacation with my brothers joining in from different places. We as a family were gonna meet after 2 years and the goibibo Messed it. I paid the entire amount and got confirmation. Accidentally I called up the property to check if we can check in early and to my shock I got to know that they have refused my booking. I immediately contacted goibibo (not less than 20 times) and it was handled May Mr. Anurag Yadav from goibibo. Till Wednesday (I had booked on a Sunday) I had got confirmation messages too and was told that the team is looking into. Inspite of mail I did not receive any call till the day where I had no option for booking any other property and I was told that “we are sorry”. It ruined our entire aspirations and long awaited vacation. I was offered coupons as a mark of apology and a additional booking charges that would be paid if I book with any other hotel which Would surely not compensate for the agony. Money can be refunded but not emotions. A huge set back and a terrible experience. You can play with anyones vacation like this Especially of a doctor (me) who had got vacation after years!
