GPS needs improvement
In regards to Singapore cab operation, the app needs improvement on GPS. The driver location is not updated even though driver arrives at your pick up, which creates confusion and delays.
Drivers have started cheating and GO-JEK is clueless!
I have been using them for last 1 year. And experience has moved from wow to good to hmm to rubbish to pathetic! Not just one occasions but many.....
I would be deleting the app and will stop using them now but main concern is drivers (especially GO-CAR) start the trip without even being there, then end the trip 5 minutes later - which means you are charged! And when you raise the issue with customer care they are clueless. You get same parroted emails - we are extremely sorry and blah blah blah. Had expected so much from them but they have turned out to be like another UBER. Bye bye gojek. May you rest in pieces.
Unable to order a ride
It was working fine for few days, then the account was locked without any reason and had to call their customer service. Once the account was unlocked I ordered a ride for two days and now unable to order a ride since more than 4 days due to some issue with GPS. I explained the issue to their support team but no resolution so far.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
