Not able to do payment though there are payment options added.
Can be made more user-friendly | Non technical
The usage can be made more user-friendly/ easy and non technical, for professionals like us. Moreover, tutorials and guide videos might help teach more non technical people.
Also, people advertise when they have some authority of their business thus ad bonus will help in the later stage and not in the beginning of business.
Worst customer experience
I have experienced the worst customer service by any company. No response whatsoever from the support team even after multiple emails being sent and tweets being done. I have had money related issues where money has been deducted from my account. Walking around in circles to help get my money back. Never expected such negligence towards customers from a reputed company like Google.
