Worst food App - pathetic
Downloaded yesterday, the dinner delivery was perfect. As promised delivery was in 40 minutes. So ordered Lunch and the reality of the App started appearing. Delivery in 80 minutes and the delivery boy was rude and said so what. Ordered dinner at 7.40 pm, got a call at 8.10 pm saying delivery is delayed but will reach by 8.45, called at 8.51 pm, reply was will reach in 10-15 minutes. Reached at 9.28 pm. Pathetic is all I can say and no apologies, no customer care no., no way to track
