The app is functional and works alright however, the payment issues would be the reason for the frustration of most users as the amount is getting debited from bank without confirmed ticket.
When it goes through, it is good but when it doesn’t, you are stuck with 7-10 working days refund process for the failed transaction.

The Track My Bus page keeps updating the the arrival at pick up point even though bus has not arrived. However the display system at pick up point shows correct live location of bus at any time

1. They don't have login system so as to retrieve any booked tickets
2. Even while giving SMS or email while booking, you will not get any information
3. Once payment is done you will get ticket information. By chance if you go out of that window without screenshot you will not get any tickets you have booked
4. No sharing option if ticket is booked
5. If booking has failed you will not know whether it is successful or unsuccessful
6. If you get to know that ticket was failed to book, you need to call on toll free number to get refund (it's not an automatic process). For toll free number you will need to search at separate place.

I would say give me development. I'll make much better app. With at least minimum features covered. This app was designed without giving any thought on to it about its flow, use case, usability, user experience. A failed app in my view.
