It's a "chakravyuh". Do not fall in their trap otherwise you won't be able to get out of it without losing money, patience and health. Buying GTPL is like buying stress and blood pressure which is easily available and cheap. It's the worst ISP of all time. They don't care about their customers. The app is a non sense, it's worse than a bad joke. It crashes all the time. It's so useless that I uninstalled it quite a long time back but installed it to see if it improved a bit but it became worse. It's like, with time they are getting closer and closer to perfection on failure. My GTPL stopped working like a month back and I called their customer service which is never answered, created tickets which gets automatically closed in 48 hours without even a single response and emails to all their nodal officers and executives but it's like singing in front of a stone. It's so worse that I lost my money and time on subscriptions on Netflix, prime, hotstar, Eros. I even had to take leaves from my office as working from home on cellphone internet makes you limited and this all is just because of GTPL's "Meherbani". Thank you GTPL for causing us stress, depression and blood pressure. You are the biggest suckers of century and you will definitely win "worst customer service" award.
