Before joining Guitar Kaksha, I already knew to play Open Chords, few Power Chords, Suspended Chords, and a couple of Barre Chords. But it was like I’d rote learnt. Whatever my previous tutor had taught me it was without any explanation why we play the chords the way we do. That was also online mode only in 2022. But I wanted to learn the intricacies of Guitar from the very beginning and my quest led me to Guitar Kaksha in Sept 2023 beginner’s batch. And I must say the last four months have truly paid off and only invigorated my desire to learn more and more all thanks to the dedication and devotion of Atul Sir -our Trainer who also happens to be the Founder of Guitar Kaksha.Not only he taught us the Chords but also taught us the reason why the chords are played that way. Basically, he helped us derive the formulae of Major and Minor chords. Also, we learnt how any chord can be played in many ways which had completely blown my mind initially. The way he taught us Major and Minor scales feels like a cakewalk. I’d never imagined that they could be this easy to learn. After completing the fruitful beginner’s batch, I’ve also joined the intermediate batch now. Looking forward to learning more and more. Cheers!😊
