PNG

1) New PNG Gas Connection Request - Submit your new PNG gas connection request via the mobile app by just submitting minimal details.

2) Gas Bill Display - Check your (latest 6 bills) Gas Bills and download it in PDF on your mobile phones.

3) Pay your Gas Bills (along with Insta Pay option) - Pay your Gas Bills via Mobile App Payment Gateway and also make payment via Insta Pay option without Login. Payment History available for latest 6 payments.

4) Customer Complaints - Submit your complaints with ease via mobile app and track the status of same.

5) Submit Meter Reading - Submit Meter Reading easily via Mobile App and also track the consumption history in a graphical format.

6) Emergency Numbers- Get the details of location wise emergency numbers on every page of mobile app for immediate dialing.

7) Alerts - Get the alerts for Bill Generation, Payment Reminder, Payment Receipt and Cheque Bounce on you mobile phones.

8) Rate Card/Charges - Get information on current Gas Prices and various other charges.

9) FAQs/Safety - Get answers to various FAQs on the go along with Safety Tips.

10) Update Contact Details - Update your contact details including Mobile No. and Email ID directly from mobile app.

CNG

1) Station Locator - Locate our CNG stations on the google map via multiple options including List of CNG Stations, CNG stations near by to your current location and CNG stations between given source and destination.

2) Saving Calculator - Calculate your savings for switching to CNG as fuel as compared to Petrol/Diesel.

3) Kit Suppliers - Get city wise list of authorized CNG Kit Suppliers along with their contact details.

4) Cylinder Testing Centers - Get city wise list of Cylinder Testing Centers along with their address.

5) FAQs - Get answers to various CNG related FAQs on the go.

App Crashes

App goes crash when I register and enter password.

Very poor app and customer service support

In app developer not option for complain,all customer service is very poor,customer care numbers are not written our complaint,they force us for complaint visit our Gujarat gas office Adajan,why? The office? Why not online? ,we complain on email than they reply us feedback,why? They not providing us details, the cheating by their officers, name number etc.
Because All Gujarat gas company is froud with All Customers,
Customer Service not writing our complaint on call,they not providing officer number,

Less info than before

The previous app was better in terms of
1) Past bills- this just gives you the latest bill
2) the bill download comes without any Gujarat Gas logo- just a plain layout- unlikely to be useful for address proof
