I have been using the Gulfood app for the past 7–8 days. During this time, I searched for relevant exhibitors and products, marked them as favorites, and actively communicated with several exhibitors through the chat feature.However, as of this morning, the app interface has changed. The chat option is no longer available, all my previous conversations have disappeared, and there is no feature to view favorite exhibitors or products.I have spent the past week working on the app to plan my meetings, and unfortunately, all that effort has been lost. This has been very disappointing and has significantly affected my preparation for the exhibition.

My messages section doesn’t show any sent or received messages. That’s weird. I tried to reinstall, resync database several times but nothing works. Doesn’t know what the issue is. Infact the support team isn’t responding either.
