    I've been using the GyFTR app for a while now, and it's such a convenient way to purchase and manage gift cards and vouchers for top brands. The interface is smooth, and I love how quickly I can redeem my vouchers, especially the instant delivery feature. It's perfect for last-minute gifting or even personal shopping when there are discounts.One suggestion: a better filter or search option would make it even easier to navigate through categories. But overall, it's a time-saving, rewarding app for anyone who shops frequently online or offline.

  • Avoid This App – Worst Customer Support & Refund Experience

    Terrible Experience – Took 3 Months for Refund After Failed TransactionsI had an extremely disappointing experience with Gyftr India. In January, I made two transactions of ₹12,000 each to purchase coupons through the app. The first transaction failed, and assuming it didn’t go through, I attempted a second one – which also failed. However, ₹24,000 got deducted in total from my account.Despite several follow-ups over email, they kept denying receiving the payment from their payment gateway. After 2.5 months of silence and frustration, they issued a coupon in April – which was useless to me as I had already completed my shopping in February for a planned holiday.I clearly mentioned I no longer needed their coupons and requested a refund, but they refused to take the coupon back. Only after 3 months, and when I finally told them I would be filing a complaint with the consumer forum, they agreed to take the coupon back and process the refund.This whole process took over 3 months, caused me unnecessary stress, and their customer support was completely unhelpful and irresponsible throughout. I would strongly advise against using this app – you’re risking your money with a support team that doesn’t take accountability unless legally threatened.

  • Not got Resolution-Filing Complaint in consumer Forum if not got

    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Gyftr support and operations team. I purchased a Rs 500 JioMart gift card voucher. I used it to make a Rs 284 purchase, but the remaining balance was not credited to my JioMart wallet. The voucher now shows as "already consumed," even though it had a remaining balance. Upon contacting customer support, I was informed that the remaining funds had been "lapsed and forfeited." I find this response unacceptable, as no explanation was given for the forfeiture, nor was a new voucher or a reactivation of the original provided. The support team was unable to address my core concern regarding the whereabouts of the remaining balance. I request a clear explanation for this issue and a prompt resolution, whether through a credit to my account or a replacement voucher.

  • Poor Experience – Broken Voucher System & No Real Support

    Extremely disappointing experience with the GyFTR app. I had a ₹2000 voucher that initially wouldn’t redeem at all. When it finally worked, I used just ₹500—but the app marked the entire voucher as “consumed” with no option to use the remaining balance.What made things worse is their support system. It’s mostly handled by AI chatbots—no real human assistance. You’re left going in circles with no clear resolution, especially when money is involved. This is unacceptable for a platform handling financial redemptions.GyFTR seriously needs to fix their voucher tracking system and offer proper customer service that actually helps users.

  • Horrible Experience, Non existent customer support

    I tried to purchase Reliance Jewels vouchers. The app allows adding 10 vouchers of each denomination, however just before payment step, it denied saying you can’t purchase this amount of vouchers.The order that I did place failed and I was told that I would receive refund for them. Today, after 10 days, I got one voucher. The customer agent told me that since the voucher is issued, they can’t refund it and redirected me to a number, which again redirected me to their highly unhelpful WhatsApp chatbot. WTH!Couldn’t have expected a worse experience.
