H&M - we love fashion 4+

I have buy two products from these app . I select large in size but went I tried it , it so big for me then I checked their app for return . That movement I thought , I get a hope for exchange it to medium or return the product in their warehouse . But when I check in return , I just type they said , e-mail I’d , order number , then they said you are not order from these app . I think what . I just lost all my hope again also I sent messages to thier customers service . They don’t replied my messages don’t guy don’t buy from these company , right now I have in depression cause I spent money about 2789

I had returned 3 products to H&M. The pickup was done by Bluedart courier. I received the mail that products have been picked up. After a few days I got refund for 1 of the product. Then I called the customer service they asked me to wait for some days. After a few days got a refund for the 2nd product. Then again I called customer service to ask about the refund status regarding the 3rd product. Then they mention that they haven't received the 3rd product in the warehouse so they won't process my refund. I mean seriously?! Such a big company with such a pathetic reply. When I handed all the 3 products t the courier I also received the mail that the products have been picked up, so then how can they say after several days that they haven't received the product back?! What's my fault in this. Customer service tells me to click a photo or video while giving it to the courier the next time. I'm like what?! Absolutely stupid. I'll raise a complaint on consumer forum against them for misplacing the product and then blaming it on the customer.

With a brand name this big ..this is the worst app ever that came into existence even meesho is way better than this …i used it because I thought brand is so big and all so there won’t be a chance of fraud.. I ordered something and I received something completely else ..so when I connected to their customer care they giving me false hope no one came to pick up the products in the end I didn’t received my money back …
1st - they make alot of mistakes in warehouse and misplace the orders
2nd- customer support just know how to talk to customer but they don’t get authorities to actually help a customer
3rd - the whole team in this help doesn’t have inter contact like customer service don’t have contact to courier company..i been sending and talking to them for 10 days but customer support team says we emailed them but nothing really happens ..this app is a total fraud…it will be better to just order it from Myntra or something
4th- it was not even my mistake still i have to loose all that money for nothing .. its very disappointing.
