Ratings and Reviews
Attention required with ‘OUT OF STOCK’ status of the products.
App is wonderful. Few suggestions I would like to purpose:
1. Please work on out of stock status of the products. I see a product, try to add in the cart, alert prompts ‘This item can’t be added right now’. In short the listing has out of stock items, which is not at all user friends. User has to undergo 3-4 steps to add the items to the cart, but them the app yells at you with ‘This item can’t be added right now’. This is really irritating as UX point of view.
2. User should be allowed to view the product details page from the ‘All purchases page’. Nice to have feature.
P.S. - The app is wonderful, you guys have done a great job.
Also is there any way you can send users a push notification whenever new items are added to the sale.
Bad experience - App and Website
I tried to purchase couple of items today and I checked on website (india) and the items are available. I added to the cart, clicked on guest checkout and filled all my details. I got an error “this form could not be submitted. Please review your input”. Fine and then I decided to download the App and signed up this time with my email and registered with h&m. Then tried to purchase the same items through the App. Got the same error “ this form could not be submitted. Please review your input”. I tried to save my delivery address details and entered my details and clicked on submit to save my details. The submit button doesn’t work. But the cancel button works fine haha. So next I tried to contact the support and there is no “proper” support on the app. Called a number and waited on line for 15 mins and listened to recorded voice. No one answered. I then tweeted for help. This is not customer service. This is not how the user experience of an app should be. The design is wrong and also the customer support is terrible.
H&M India customer service so inconsiderate and it’s horrible. If you ask for a query, you have to call them again and again for at least a month or more, and then trust it to get solved. Till you shop and don’t need to face any returns or refunds, it is fine but once you actually have a problem and need their help, they are so so bad at it. I have been an H&M customer since a very long time, I wanted a refund of my product and had returned it back, and there was another thing i needed help with. The refund issue got solved when i spoke with the agents everyday for a month and they weren’t helpful, i had to speak with the manager, and then it got solved after more than 4 weeks. The second issue hasn’t even got solved, the manager promised me that he’ll do it once the refund is generated, i reached out again as a reminder and i got no reply whatsoever. It been more than 2 months now. They have the worst customer service!
