I expected better experience from H&M app. Once you order, it doesn’t show approximate delivery date and delivery takes too much time (more than a week from Mumbai to Delhi sometimes). I opted for cash on delivery and received all my 3 orders but the return/ exchange surely could have been more simplified. There is no exchange option in the app, you can only return and order again in different size/ color. And once you return, it doesn’t show it exactly in the app, you can only track the return status outside the app - I had to to it through email where I have received return confirmation. Return also takes a lot of time and you receive your refund only after it reaches warehouse. Thankfully I did receive the money back, it was the next day after they received returned products. But it’s way too slow of a process. My orders were fine, I didn’t receive the wrong products from what I have ordered, apart from the set of 3 belts - they were all in very different sizes (what’s the point to give size option for belts in such case) - one was XS, another - M and third - XXL - they definitely all couldn’t fit one person because the length is very different. I like that they use only paper packaging. Didn’t like their points system - they deduct points in case of return (and surely that’s why vouchers have 30 days delay), I have received 10% discount on my birthday and the voucher was saying “for entire purchase” but once you apply it - it goes only for the things that don’t have any type of discount on them already - so they shouldn’t use the words “entire purchase” at least. The app needs work to get more customer oriented.
Disappointing Wishlist Experience

My experience with the wishlist feature has been quite frustrating. Whenever I save products to my wishlist, they seem to disappear after a few days without any explanation. This is incredibly inconvenient, especially when I want to revisit those items later.Moreover, when I try to search for the products again, it’s not an easy task. The search functionality doesn’t seem to work effectively, making it difficult to find items that I previously saved. This has led to a lot of wasted time and effort on my part.Overall, I hope the developers can address these issues soon. A wishlist should be a reliable tool for keeping track of products, but right now, it’s more of a hassle than a help.

With a brand name this big ..this is the worst app ever that came into existence even meesho is way better than this …i used it because I thought brand is so big and all so there won’t be a chance of fraud.. I ordered something and I received something completely else ..so when I connected to their customer care they giving me false hope no one came to pick up the products in the end I didn’t received my money back … 1st - they make alot of mistakes in warehouse and misplace the orders 2nd- customer support just know how to talk to customer but they don’t get authorities to actually help a customer 3rd - the whole team in this help doesn’t have inter contact like customer service don’t have contact to courier company..i been sending and talking to them for 10 days but customer support team says we emailed them but nothing really happens ..this app is a total fraud…it will be better to just order it from Myntra or something 4th- it was not even my mistake still i have to loose all that money for nothing .. its very disappointing.
Bad experience - App and Website

I tried to purchase couple of items today and I checked on website (india) and the items are available. I added to the cart, clicked on guest checkout and filled all my details. I got an error “this form could not be submitted. Please review your input”. Fine and then I decided to download the App and signed up this time with my email and registered with h&m. Then tried to purchase the same items through the App. Got the same error “ this form could not be submitted. Please review your input”. I tried to save my delivery address details and entered my details and clicked on submit to save my details. The submit button doesn’t work. But the cancel button works fine haha. So next I tried to contact the support and there is no “proper” support on the app. Called a number and waited on line for 15 mins and listened to recorded voice. No one answered. I then tweeted for help. This is not customer service. This is not how the user experience of an app should be. The design is wrong and also the customer support is terrible.
