Winnings not withdrawing

I withdrew my winnings after KYC verification and the withdrawal transaction is still pending since 2+ days after the withdrawal too slow or might be a scam i think plz do some commands faster. Also sended a mail to them after this they replied and asked my registered number with their app and i also gaved it through a reply email but nothing is changed since 13-14 hours after the email!
Plz do the needful !

Exit on Profit. Still, Lost my all Money!

I’m extremely disappointed with the Haana app and feel it’s important to warn others before they trust it with their money. I used the app and made a profitable trade — I exited with a profit, but shockingly, I still lost all my money. That just doesn’t make sense and raises serious questions about the app’s reliability and transparency.

At first glance, the app looks polished. It has a clean interface and seems beginner-friendly. But once you start using it seriously, the problems begin. Despite exiting a trade while I was in profit, the app either glitched or manipulated something behind the scenes, because my entire investment was gone. No clear explanation. No accountability.

I reached out to their support, expecting some help or at least a reason for what happened — but the response was either delayed, vague, or completely unhelpful. It felt like I was talking to a wall.

For an app that deals with real money, this kind of experience is not just disappointing — it’s dangerous. People trust platforms like these with their hard-earned money, and the least they deserve is fairness, transparency, and proper support.

Until these issues are addressed, I strongly advise others to stay away. Don’t let the smooth design fool you — the risks are real, and in my case, I exited on profit and still walked away with nothing.
