Doesn’t work. Same issue as the last few comments
I have the same issue mentioned in previous reviews. The AC get connected to wifi and then app shows error. So the AC never gets added to your account and you cant control it.
I raised the complaint and they forwarded to local technicians instead of checking with the app developers. Local technicians and trainers never tested this on iOS and they are helpless. Not sure who is putting this operation process in such company to forward software issues to the local AC technicians!!! Disaster , will never buy this Haier brand again!!!
Smart AC App not working
I’m not able to go beyond the room selection screen. Even though my device is connected with WiFi. I think I wasted my money on buying this smart AC. I want to return my product asap. 😠😠

Hello, offline is usually affected by the network environment. It is recommended that you check whether the router has changed its password, whether the air conditioner is far from the router, and whether other terminals occupy a large amount of router bandwidth. Retry after network factors are excluded, or rebind.
