Bugs in The IOS app

I try to edit profile and Email field displays only the same text given in Name. Unable to save email
And Name field doesn't accept an email atleast

i tired to book a cab, there was a prompt that i may need to choose an outstation ride, but still i can choose a car for ride.

No OTP sent to register

It’s very strange that you are not sending any OTP for registration. I tried many times on different days and during different hours.
In case you don’t intend to take any more customers then block any new downloads.
Very unprofessional and careless attitude. While registering if you have such responsiveness then I am doubtful for your overall service in case someone get to book your cab.
Anyways I am deleting the App but wish to put the comment for others to know about the issue with new registrations.

Unprofessional behaviour

The garage for Hail cabs is few meters away from my apartment. I walked in, spoke to the staff before booking the cab. I wanted cab at 3.15 AM for the airport. The staff member infact showed me the driver who will be coming for the pickup.

Guess what just before 3, I received a SMS stating that they Hail cab was trying to reach me on phone to inform me that they can’t arrange a driver for a scheduled pickup.

1) last minutes created sense of panic and worry
2) I called up the number from which I received the message and with what the executive said it was clear that no attempt was to call me.

While I liked the idea of zero emission but not at the cost of unprofessional behaviour and lies.

Uninstalled the application and would never want to use it again. I shall leave a review on Google as well.
