Not Enough coins to update please upgrade
This game is good but I am stuck on level 20 from two days at first it was good I was getting coins from playing level but when I came to level 20 I can’t complete and there is not enough coins to upgrade otherwise this game is nice and I got to know about this game from sssniperwolf and One more thing I forgot to tell that the hot life runs out very fastly and it takes times to come back a lot of time please upgrade that To thank you.

Coins are very less
The game is interesting but there is one drawback, in start I was gaining so many coins but then there are very low coins because of which I am unable to update the features and get stuck in the level for longer period. Even after every new location all the older updates are needed again. Please improve this and provide higher coins.

Endless level
Initially the game seems nice & you get addicted to it. But once your levels are over & you reach endless mode the target becomes unachievable which gets frustrating for the player. Despite upgrading the doctors to levels higher than your game level the target remains unattainable. I spent money also on the game to get automatic bed cleaner , but that too didn’t make a difference. I couldn’t clear the level even once after that upgrade. Then why bother to spend money if there is no change in the clearing levels. I have deleted the game now as it is a farce , it attracts you to spend money so you can play better but to no avail.

Here are some tips: * Level-up your doctors and upgrade your equipment; * Invest in Revenue upgrades which will help you earn more Coins in a level, and Patience upgrades which make patients wait longer and prolong the level; * Use Boosters; And most importantly, don't give up!
