Amazed!!

I started on intermittent fasting about a month back. Downloaded this simply to enter my daily weight. By the end of this month I’ve lost 4.2 kgs. And I’ll credit half the success to my determination and half to this app!!! I love love love this app! I didn’t know this app would turn out to be such a help! Makes losing every gram so exciting. Keeps you motivated. And divides your whole journey in bits. Which is just perfect. I want to thank whoever is behind this app. Thankyou so much. I keep telling everyone about it! Cheers!

Excellent app

As one of the early users I have stuck by this app for many years now. Breaking the goals into chunks and clear projection of when I might reach the next mini goal really helps minimising anxiety about achieving overall goal. No distractions , clean interface, and makes me excited to track progress and enter the daily weight !
