Horrible Customer Service.
Booked a flight but had to cancel due to Covid lockdown. First of all they don’t lift the call and once they do they are so rude while talking.
I spoke to 6 different people all over again because 5 of them prior told me that they’d keep my call on hold and then cut the call after 3 mins of hold.
The airlines told me I’d be eligible for full refund but the agency said they don’t have any such policy. Makes no sense but Fine, the Happy Easy go guy told me I could reschedule it for an additional 500/- charge. (YES HE TOLD ME THE PRICE) now when I followed the steps to reschedule, I get a msg saying I’ll have to pay around 4k (to reschedule a flight I booked for 2800/- and the date I chose for reschedule is like 4 months later and the price flight is lower than what I paid (2100) and yet it shows 4k ??? How does that even make sense? And then after 3 hours of back and forth with the customer care sending me to The airlines and the airlines sending me back, they stopped lifting my call :) Perfect. So now, neither have I got any solution but also Its noted as I missed my flight cos I couldn’t reschedule it or cancel it or anything.
Brilliant help don’t you think? Ugh.
Fake website, cheaters, Don't download. These guys are scammers!!
I booked the hotel from this site for my vacation and confirmed the payment and booking of my stay. When I called the hotel, hotel reservation staff told me they haven't received they payment from the travel agency and they canceled my booking. After numerous pain staking follow ups HappyEasyGo reconfirmed my booking and I was allowed to stay in the hotel. During the time of checkout reservation staff of the hotel told me they haven't still received the payment from the travel agency. HappyEasygo tried to make the payments numerous times with the fake credit cards, none of the payment gone thru and ultimately I had to pay out of my packet. I have researched on the HappyEasyGo and found out that it's current CEO is from China. I am still fighting with them to get my money back. Apple Store this is humble request please stop or block such apps from your platform. They are using this platform to dupe and cheat people on the name of providing false services.
Third class customer service pure fraud they are
Happy easy go is promise big n fancy discounts but everything behind this is pure fake. Do not want to comment on its booking service which is just average, but they have great great blunders in there customer service. This site/organisation is sitting there n just miting the money from consumers. They will deduct the money for booking almost instantaneously but when it comes to refund in cancellation case there are dead slow then tortoise. It’s been 5 months now I am chasing this guys for my refund. My flight got canceled by airline on 22 mar 2020 n till now I have not received my money back. When I checked on Airlines website they have already refunded all the money to happy easy go almost quickly after the cancellation. But now from past 5 months this thugs have not refund my money n njoying the luxury over my money. So please guys be cautious before downloading this app or while using their service.
