Great customer service

Used the app for the first time... I had selected the wrong delivery option, so used the online chat. Customerservice was very responsive, good job to them. I will definitely use this app and recommend.

Bad Experience

Was happy with the home delivery thing and downloaded the app. But had a real bad 1st time experience when the order never came and almost after 1 hour I got a call that order isn’t available. When I asked to get something else instead as I had already paid for it, they said it can’t be done unless I get a call from call centre which even 2 hrs later, never came. Ultimately I had to cancel the order. To top it all, there are no optiona in the app to get the money back in my card and it’s stuck in Hipbar’s wallet. Really disappointed.

Unreliable app: please read carefully before you download

I had added some money in the wallet a month back and since then I am not able to redeem the wallet balance. Because there’s no delivery available at any point of time. Only store pickup which I can do with out an app. Currently in a situation where I am not able to refund money from the wallet to my bank account and not able to order anything.
