Awesome app-It really works
Demistifiying the art of mediation. This app was recommended to me by the head of a UN organisation. It had helped her during her time battling cancer. This strong recommendation made me interested in the app immediately. Now Headspace has become a part of my lifestyle. It really helps you. The different techniques have been working well. I have been using this app for over a year. My father had passed away a few months back after battling cancer for a few years. This app was really instrumental in helping me cope during his final months. I am from India and have learned yoga and meditation when I was kid and the guided meditation on this app is exceptional far better than anything I have experienced before.
The best app out there for novice to advanced mediators. I have done a lot of Vipassana and mindfulness meditation over the years (10+ Goenka courses). If you can just do this just once for 10-30mins in the morning and then once more when you wind down at night and right before sleep; it will change you slowly but surely in your day to day life which is what meditation is really about. A daily consistent practice even if just for 10mins in total done this way will give you massive results. This app is a really great introduction to such meditation and also great for an experienced Mediator looking to get back. Brilliant recordings. Love the modules for sleep etc. Still exploring them with my new subscription. With every cent.
