The number of times I have use this app correspond to the number of times. I have been most happy in my life. I don’t know whether it’s the app or is it in coincidence but I am a student at some University and was unhappy with life for like past six months and started using this app and doing exercise and reading book and doing the journalling all these habits simultaneously for past like 40 days and I have been the most happiest till now probably so I do not know whether to give the whole credit through this app for my discipline itself but one thing for sure you will definitely notice the and happiness or the general anxiety increment when you stop meditating after a while, if you do so, but you may not be able to see the fostering happiness at that time of it happening

I’m gonna start this off by saying I absolutely love Headspace. I love its aesthetics, how cute and orange and animated it is, I love the Sleepcasts, the Wake Up features. It’s great for any beginner- if you’ve thought of it there’s a course for it! Anxiety, anger, chronic pain, sports rehab, performance, panic and so much more- the downside is after a point they all start to sound the same. There’s no actual course related specific pro-tips, it’s mostly the same few meditation skills repeated over and over again (unlike apps like 10% Happier which has course specific material). However its price very very reasonably at only ₹899 a year, no other meditation app in india is priced this well- since most major players in this space charge their North American prices (in dollars) and that’s frankly not affordable for most. Overall this is the only decent fully featured meditation app on the Indian App Store and I enjoy using it.

Headspace has a special place in my heart for getting me through tough times. I thought most apps were the same but I was frustratingly wrong, in other apps, the guider, unlike Andy does not teach the meditator mindfulness techniques such as brain scanning, and normally interrupts the user where it’s more so a podcast than an actual guided meditation.I do wish they made the front page customizable, for example I have interest in 5 deep breaths in the morning, or following generic stretches every evening, or even listening to shorts from people on meditation and mindfulness, I’m there just I mediate and follow a program and learn from the teacher on the app, the personalized section would do, however I wish this was editable.All in all, thank you for creating an app that’s worthy of a Nobel Peace Prize.
