Worst service at all…i hve booked a consult with dermatologist dr…I have some issue regarding skin prob and I booked a consult with skin specialist Dr for 350 rs… but unlogo ne unke customer care number se dr se mujhe connect karvaya or properly dr ki aawaj bhi nahi aa rahi thi on call maine karib 5-7 times bola ki muje Dr ki call nahi aa rahi or bar bar call cut ho raha hai phir bhi mera consult in logo ne start hi rakha or me dr ko meri prob thik se samja bhi nahi paya or Dr ne bhi meri prob ko by pic dekhne ki baat to dur par unhone thik se meri prob samje bina hi mujhe medicine prescribed kar diya…maine inke customer care walo se complain kiya ki im not satisfied with your service to mujhe mera money refund kariye to inhone saf saf mana kar diya ki aapne Dr se consult le liye hai to ab aapka money refund nahi ho sakta….are bhai jab patient hi aapki service se happy nahi he to why we can’t ask for a refund ?? I just want to say that kindly don’t use this app for any medical problem otherwise u will lose your money as well as time….
