The app has tons of features. It is developed and maintained by a non-profit that doesn’t charge fees for meditation and is sustained by volunteers - a rarity. Don’t come here looking for the ‘best meditation app’, judging by appearance, UX etc. The real value is in *experiencing* meditation, especially with a live trainer. The sessions are silent; no exchange of beliefs, ideology, or propagating a ‘truth.’ Words fail with the practice, which to me was like entering a new dimension that I was somehow always thirsting for.Try it, may be with some perseverance of a couple of months of regular practice to really be able to evaluate. The understanding you’d get is from within you. That is the truth!
