Been more than 72 hrs now since i have applied, approved, telephone verification completed, EMI date is already mentioned but the amount still not credited.Whoever from Hero Fincorp reads this and replies to this, please don’t copy paste your replies like we are sorry and please get in touch with our customer service, watsapp or call centre… Pls don’t cause trust me nothing works, its a joke their customer service is.. pls wait for another 24 to 48 hrs is the standard reply you get when you have applied for a so called Instant Loan. PATHETIC. Pls don’t give your SORRY replies or get back to us replies… DON’T NEED.

I keep receiving notifications saying that a loan top-up is available, but whenever I apply, the loan never gets approved. This is very frustrating because each application is affecting my CIBIL score.If there is no real chance of approval, why are such notifications being sent in the first place? It feels misleading and unfair to customers who genuinely need financial support.Please do not send such notifications if the eligibility is not properly verified. Kindly respect customers’ needs and avoid creating false expectations.

I applied for a personal loan through this app, and even after completing all the steps including e-mandate activation, the money was supposed to be disbursed within 1 working day. It’s already delayed and I have not received any update or amount yet. The communication is very poor and there is no proper status tracking in the app. Very disappointing experience so far. If quick service is promised, it should be delivered. Hope they improve!
