I have been enjoying this app since I downloaded it, it’s really fun! You can make friends, dress up, participate in events and now you voice chat with your friends! I would rate this five stars but the problem is gold. I think every single grab items for the events are 200 gold only for one spin?!?! Everyone isn’t rich in highrise, Please do make ways to earn gold in game and not using real money.

Money minded people
So apparently bullying is okay if u spend money on the game bunch girls group up because of some drama which was not mine but i had to handle it bullied me and other people by making rooms and sending messages i reported all of it nothing happened let me tell u something about this game everyone is basically think they are god because they spend money they are rude u find less nice people free players gets bullied literally saw someone tell free players to move don’t stay here she just said hi and they don’t care ask long as people spending money on the game lets turn blind eye i hope this game goes down also ur event free stuffs got so ugly not even one nice thing a big fk off to free players oh i spend money but not as much as other players

Banned me for a fight
I had a verbal fight with another person and both was using abusive language but the difference is that he reported me and i didn’t by which highrise banned me, they should have also banned him and i tried contacting their customer support so many times to remove me from ban or put that person also in ban because it was going on from both sides but all they say is we have banned you for abusive content we can’t help you and all then, what’s the point of having a customer support team when they don’t wanna make it right. I didn’t wanted to give 1 star here, just remember guys anyone can get you ban and customer support is not going to make it right also, so no need to download this app
