App needs improvement
The app is difficult to navigate. The matches, inspite of setting filters, are usually the ones that don’t match your preference. Messages are difficult to read as it becomes like a chain. Once you’ve responded, you cannot respond again.
Worst is that the minute you put your profile up, these people start calling and harassing to take paid service. You keep telling them you’ll think about it later and not to disturb, they’d call everyday!!! Block their numbers and they have another one to harass you with!!!!

Hi Agarwal, Sorry for the inconvenience. About the difficulty to navigate and issue in reading messages. Please share us a screen recording at ios@matrimony.com to have things investigated. With regards to the matches and promo calls. The matches you receive are based on the partner preference set by you on the profile. Pls do review the criteria to receive exact matches. Kindly enable the DND service via our app (Login - Menu - Settings - Advance Settings - Call preference).
Options issue
In laptop using family status: rich or middle class options available, but in app not available!!!!
