Hinge Dating App: Match & Date 17+

So I’ve been using the app for a week now, and the concept of it is really amazing. Better than other dating platforms I’ve been on.
But, there a few suggestions that I would like to make:
1. In the inbox section, there’s not an option of replying to a certain text which sometimes makes it very confusing. It’d be easier if you could add that option.
2. Whenever you try to play a voicenote, and if the other person even starts typing something, the voicenote stops playing automatically, which is again very hassling.

I am extremely disappointed with Hinges handling of my account though I’ve been using their membership for more than a year. My initial account was banned without a clear explanation, and despite multiple attempts to appeal the decision, I have been met with vague responses and no concrete information about what led to the ban. I fully understand the importance of adhering to guidelines, but Hinge has not provided any real opportunity for me to address or resolve the issue.I have made several genuine efforts to communicate with Hinges support team, outlining my willingness to comply with their standards and seeking clarity on what went wrong. Unfortunately, Hinges customer service has been unhelpful, and their decision-making process lacks transparency. As someone who believed in the platforms mission to ****** meaningful relationships, this experience has been incredibly frustrating.I strongly advise potential users to be cautious, as Hinge offers no clear recourse if your account is banned, and their customer support provides little to no assistance in resolving issues. Please remove my ban!
