Poor cooling performance, frequent issues and terrible customer service support. Resolving issues takes minimum 3-4 days. Overall quality is cheap for the price paid. Would not recommend hitachi products to anyone in future.

Previously, I had to make several calls before the engineer would get back to me. This time all I did was put in a simple request for service, that too at 3 am in the morning. To my surprise, the request was fulfilled within a day. I would recommend everyone to use the app.
