I followed a diet plan on this app, and the experience was positive overall. Garima was my personal dietitian. She was very supportive, offering a customized plan and helpful tips whenever needed. Although I didn’t lose any weight, I was able to maintain my current weight and, more importantly, I feel healthier and not weak. The plan seems sustainable and has definitely improved my overall well-being. Thanks dear Garima. However, since my primary goal was weight loss, I’m giving it 3 stars.

I purchased a plan for Rs 6000 and my package was to start from 1st January 2025 , not even 1 day of the plan i have used, i was at first forced to pay without giving even 1 hour to think twice about it by saying that offer will end within an hour whereas you people run offers almost daily , now when i cannot continue the plan due to health issues , I contacted multiple times the support team they are non responsive and also helpless people , i have been asking for refund, but support team is just denying the refund, Rs 6000 is not a joke and every company has a refund policy as per consumer rights, while asking for the money you people are available to help but after payment the service is so bad , i just want the refund as i cannot start otherwise there are other ways too as the customer care executive is simply saying you can do whatever you want but we cannot issue a refund.

I got myself registered for Zumba session INR 1800 there sales representative approached me and was successful in convincing me that i need a better program and need to deposit INR 2000 more . I opted for that . I was nowhere informed these are pre recorded classes and nit live sessions. After first session I reached out to the representative with my concern he mentioned mam aap kal ki class join kro nai samaj aaya to we will refund you. I joined based on his advice. Due ti technical issues class hanged in between the session. It took me 10-15 mins to get it sorted till the time class was about to end. On second day itself I mentioned i do not want to continue with pre recorded sessions he mentioned we will refund now after following up for one and half months they say that do not have refund policy. I requested several calls from them they mentioned I will get call but no one called. Simple scheme of looting ppl and enjoying full money. But this is not going to stop I am going to complaint about the scam and get this so that these ppl cannot cheat anyone else.
