What a superb Initiative by Hodinkee Team
You people are so great that i was just knowing only brand names, i never new that a person can know the watch by its Reference point number like 5004, 2973. I am a huge fan of watches. Having very few say for 3 only. A Tag Calibre 36, IWC Portuguese, and Rolex Daytona. I bought IWC after seeing your episodes.

Need a Native Experience
This review is only for the app user experience.
1. It’s seems like they haven’t build app natively. Sometimes I have seen cookies popup when opening an article which means they have embedded web view.
2. Please add customisation option for notification sound. This will help user to know it’s a notification from Hodinkee. Default notification sound is conflicting with other apps and you can go creative with notification tunes which is relevant to watches.
3. Some links (from Hodinkee itself) in articles opens up in browser rather than inside the app itself. Please fix this for better user experience.
Suggestion: Add notification tab so that if we accidentally remove notification from lock screen we can still find the unread articles from notification tab. And most importantly, build an app natively for faster and better experience.
I love the content produce by excellent team at Hodinkee. This few things will make the user experience a lot better.
