Being an avid user of online shopping apps, I found it very disappointing that there’s no option to place a return request. One needs to call or drop a mail to the customer service or even tweet to them (like we used to do years ago). I received damaged goods - Broken mirrors and frames on my first ever order from Home Centre, which i did through the website.I guess the packaging is to blame here, as it was the lightest packaging i ever saw for any glass items. I downloaded the app only so that I can place a return easily, but ended up being disappointed and writing this review. The low star rating is not due to my disappointment with the damaged items, but with the app which is clearly a few years behind of the current time. We really love shopping from Home Centre stores and hope that the app would only make that experience better.

Hi all,I have ordered through home centre app. I ordered four items and out of that two was class items. Also I got the product delivered very late only. Inspite of that, I opened the parcel and I was shocked to see the condition of the glass items. Both where broken very badly. Immediately I called to customer care service for the refund. In the first call they spoke politely and told that my money will be refunded. I waited for a week and called them back and asked about the return request and at that time they said they wil send a person for pickup and later they will review the product and then will refund my money. I shouted at them and they finally promised me for the refund within a week. After two days a guy came and asked for the parcel and as soon as he saw the parcel he told me that I came by bike and can’t pick any glass items so he told another person will come and collect. Later one week passed and till now no one came to collect and I didn’t receive the refund also. Past two days I called them more than five times and they are saying the same story that they wil send a person for pickup. Very irritating guys.. Please don’t order any glass item from this website. Waste of money.. worst customer service.. I’m really frustrated calling them again and again.. fraud people.. cheating like this. Beware of Home centre..

I was harassed and ridiculed by sales staff at Homecentre, Newtown, Kolkata. I went there on to return a table lamp that was purchased by me on 3 days back. The stitching of the table lamp was defective which I had noticed only when I bought the product home. Therefore, I requested the sales staff to kindly take the product back and give me another one. The sales staff instead accused me of damaging it myself and then questioned me as to why I was late in returning the product. This was absolutely ridiculous since the product was being sought to be returned within 3 days of purchase. Further, when I told him that the stitching of the lamp was not right, he told me that I had done it myself and thereafter called me a liar. I was utterly shocked by his vile behaviour and his blatant disrespect towards me. This level of contempt was so humiliating that I left the table lamp in the store itself without asking for any refund or replacement. The store manager himself was again discourteous and questioned why I had not checked the product when I was buying in an arrogant and unpleasant manner. His utter disdain towards the vile behaviour of the sales staff is again very shocking. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. I will never visit any landmark group store .

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I have received from Home Centre regarding my order for a basic curtain. Despite placing the order, I have yet to receive any update on the delivery status, except for a notification stating that the issue has been escalated to the logistics team. Unfortunately, there has been no further response or resolution, leaving me with no choice but to reach out to your customer care team. However, I was shocked to discover that I was not allowed to provide any details of my order, which I find pathetic and unhelpful. It has been nearly a month since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive any assistance from your customer care team. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering that I was not even informed when the stock was cancelled due to technical issues. It was only when I called your team that I was made aware of this. I expect a higher level of service from Home Centre, especially when it comes to basic orders like curtains.
