Failed to connect to server
Whenever this app is used, login is not possible as well as monitoring & control of air purifier is also not available through app. It pops up ‘Failed to connect to server’. App developer team is required to look into the issue to bring the app back to connect the server and start working.
App not working
This app is not working for last 5 days. We have bought a product with provision of app control but not even open the app. When can we use the app??
Not able to sign up
Tried several times but the verification of mobile number fails during sign up!
Don’t know in the world of OTP why does it use SMS technology!!!
