I have tried to book the hotel around 8 times but as usual after i have given all the details of my card when i confirmed booking then i got the otp but the page is loading only this has happen 8 times from the app and through the website also. Worst app i have used till now.
They charge even after you cancel
Terrible first experience with this app. Booked 3 nights, cancelled well before the “free cancellation” deadline, NO cancellation email from their side. And what do I realise once I’m back from the trip? They have conveniently charged me for a stay that I never had. Upon contacting customer care, the answer I get is “please explain to the hotel why you should get a refund for this”!!
What’s even more hilarious (and indicative of how broken their systems are), is that the response from their customer support team mentions “the hotel has charged you EUR 423 for no show”, while the amount that has actually been charged is DOUBLE of that

Many technical glitches while booking room
I don't know what's wrong with app today all my payments are not get thru despite of all cards being 100% active and international enabled which is confirmed by all banks that cards are active and working fine... finally at 7th attempt I could book my room... also many hotels availability shows something else but while booking rooms are not available. Pls fix this issue.
