Winnings of 10k not credited
Hi Team, I have been contacting support from last 3-4 days now and I have not received any response from your end. It’s about my winnings in Player of Series in t20 carnival which have not been credited in my Howzat account neither I have received any mail or call regarding the same. Till now it was a nice experience on your platform from last 3 years or more but this has been a bit frustrating now as I am getting no response from the team. Please contact me asap and get the matter resolved. Waiting for your positive response.

Fake promise in the advertisement
First and foremost I want to mention that on the basis of what Howzat advertises is “TRIPLE CASH WIN” is the biggest lie and a fake promise the ad makers are making to the contestants. I downloaded this app only to play against The Expert and beat them to win “TRIPLE CASH” but when I downloaded the app I saw this app also gives the same money i.e. “Double Cash” means if you play against the Expert and put Rs. 25 at the bet and you will only win Rs. 25 if you beat them. So I really got disappointed with their fake promise of winning three times the money if you play against the expert. And so thus I decided to uninstall this app mainly because the ad makers told a lie and made a fake promise and I started playing on the app where I used to play earlier.
So my feedback to the ad makers and the app makers is that please don’t fool the public, please don’t fool the contestants and please don’t make fake promise only to once attract the customers and then disappoint later and afterwards.
