• Add one or more Connections/Meters using 12 digit consumers ID which is printed on each electricity bill.
• Use App to view Electricity bills, Consumption history, Bill Payment history & Pay Electricity Bills Online.
• Register various types of Consumer related Complaints like Meter Problems, Fuse Problems, Cable Problem & Theft Reporting etc.
• Pay Electricity Bills in advance. The advance pay option is only available in HPSEBL Mobile App & HPSEBL Web Portal www.hpseb.in.
• Resolve your issues using Live Chat Support feature.

Good app
App provide good interface for user but it is running slow for couple off weeks now.. sometimes app doesn’t allow you to fetch your bill information.

Five star for app.
First time in life, I appreciate the devolopers and the whole hpsebl cyber team for this kind of app. Didn’t aspect this kind of service from a govt sector because they are well known for cheap services, But thumbs up dor HPSEBL, Using the app more than a year and never experience any bug, app crash, or service unavailability. Keep the good work up. Suggestion: Improve in desktop site UI.

App doesn't work anymore
This app isn't working anymore it is show no data found and nothing more I request to developers kindly check the IOS version of app and fix it.
