Great.
Hum Hain Has An Excellent Service, though there delivery charges are little on the higher side, but when it comes to accuracy and timing , they are satisfactory. So all in all it is a good service app.
No response to customer grievances
Overall it was an okay experience as during this pandemic it was difficult to get some items but i feel that there should be a quick and prompt response to customer problems.
When i ordered groceries from this app from a local grocery store the delivery amount being shown was 80₹ but when the delivery executive arrived I was charged 140₹ which is not a huge difference but it certainly feels unfair. On top of that the receipt had a printed amount of 80₹ but 140₹ was scribbled over it with a pen. I have been trying to clear this confusion for the last 2 days with no response from the customer support.

Well!! I don’t know from where to start, being a diabetic and getting my medicine on time in this period of quarantine was really an impossible task but this app really proved that “hum hain”. This app has done the impossible for me.
I got my medications on time and what not, the deliver was fully following the protocol of the quarantine.
This service really proves that angels still exist who are working for us 24x7, without caring for their lives, just to save public’s.
