HungerBox Cafe 4+

Please provide cash payment at counter. It was hard for me to order the food from the app. I mean I was at Verizon today there was not proper mobile data connection and I don’t work for Verizon, I have been there for gig. The payment has failed for the 1st time and the money got deducted from my account and payment was failed in your app. 2nd time I placed order again. My order was successfully placed. Within 30 minutes my 1 st order payment got back in my account which is good thing but I felt so hard to get food. I didnt like ordering food online. When we are in front of the food counter. Please try to solve this issue

I downloaded this app only because the office cafeteria is making it mandatory to use it. I am very disappointed in it. Initially I tried to link my Paytm and PhonePe apps but was unable to do so. It showed me an option to link Paytm but failed to accept the phone number and as for PhonePe, there was no such provision even though it mentions PhonePe as one of the options in the list.
I tried to make a payment in the cafeteria and thought I’d link the wallets at the time of payment when it’ll have to accept at least one of the modes of payment but even then it just refused to accept the mobile numbers for either of the wallets. I don’t know if this is a dummy app or perhaps some sort of a Halloween joke the company is playing on us. What’s the use of an app that doesn’t even work. And what’s the use of making it mandatory when this app has not been tested thoroughly. I’m surprised that it is even available on the App Store as I’m sure people at Apple try to ensure that such shoddy apps don’t get accepted here.
