Fun but has issues

Overall the game is very enjoyable. Each game mode is a lot of fun. However the arena is very unbalanced. I’m either extremely strong or too weak. And the portal is too time consuming to get anything decent so it is a game mode that most casual players won’t really have too much fun with. All in all I think it’s in a good place but a few balance fixes and could be epic.

Really unbalanced game

First off the game is fun for the few initial hours, but as you level up your castle and fighters, the balancing becomes more terrible for the stats, PvP combat, arena and other mechanics.

• The loot drops from chest is always either common or uncommon item, with no possibility of getting rare items or higher unless you pay.
• If you do manage to get an uncommon item as is in most cases, the item level required is higher than you can currently equip and the stats are useless (The current equipment you have will almost have better stats, making the drops obsolete, more like junk)
• Arena match making is also horrible as you will always be the underdog and will always be put into a match with pay-to-win players.

Sad customer service makes you feel like a fool

So I have fought a lot of battles and spent a lot of money in this game but never won a ride for my hero, even after paying for events and defeating bosses in dungeons, I wrote to their support and a chap name Lewis made me look like a fool in his reply stating irrespective of payment, it’s a total spin of wheel which makes me eligible for special gifts like rides for heroes, he was rude and it’s being 2 days I haven’t heard from his escalation and rude reply to me, they definitely mean don’t waste money in app purchase cause you will get shoddy gifts and not what you seek, this wheel of fortune never worked for me, wonder why developers hate me
