App doesn’t respond

Not sure if it to do with the app or the server. Any option I try to check either doesn’t respond or complete. Please test this app before releasing to the store. This has be recommended by my sales executive informing the best place for all updates and accessories booking.

Worst way of operations

First of all, I am not sure why Hyundai is making it mandatory for installation of the app for everyone who purchased the vehicle..Second, the showroom executives are creating the account with the customers email ID and their own mobile number which is completely not acceptable...Customer care response also is apthetci when the complaint is brought up. why the hell in this world that this is made mandatory for customers to download the app after purchasing the vehicle..
