IBBL iSmart - the Mobile App for IBBL iBanking services which has the following features:
iRecharge
- Mobile airtime top up of any operators in Bangladesh.
iTransfer
- Transfer fund to IBBL accounts. – Send fund to any IBBL account.
iTransfer(Other Bank)
– Send fund to any other bank's account or card using EFT/NPSB channel.
Issue Cheque Book Requisition
– Issue a new cheque book to be printed for you.
Utility Bill Payment
– Pay bills of your utility services like electricity, gas, water.
iCashRemit
- You can withdraw cash from ATM, or you can send money to any person in Bangladesh who has a mobile number.
Wimax Recharge
- Refill WiMAX service accounts of Banglalion and Qubee.
Account Information
- Account detail of a particular account in iBanking Profile
Account Statement
- Statement of a particular account. You can download the statement in PDF
Find IBBL
Location service using Map – Find any IBBL ATM or Branch location.

Issue with "find IBBL" Option resolved but dashboard
Find IBBL Option is working but dashboard button is not working properly. Back button not functioning. Dashboard button seems to be hanged. I can say previous version was better though ATM and branch finding option was lag functioning.

Technical problem
The app is not user friendly. I feel too much disturb using it. It is really surprising that a bank doesn’t support its customers with an user friendly app. I hope it will be fixed soon.
