Your Version update 2.1 has changed the device id associated with my tv mac id and it is asking to re-purchase the app!!
I tried emailing you and also tried to chat on whatsaps on the contact number mentioned on your website. However, the person behind the chat is not ready to accept the problem (inspite of me showing if Apple's invoice) and asking me to purchase only from the website.
This is cheating to existing customer. Also it is voilation of Apple's app store policy.
Through this App review message I hope the real developer behind this app will acknowledge the problem and will help fix it.
Poor Strategy
Need to purchase for each device with same apple ID. That is against Apple policy.
Purchased this app on my iMac but can't restore in MBP.
Dear Apple please look into it.
Best support service and app
Update: I MUST SAY AFTER I GOT THE SUPPORT FROM MR HISHAM, I love the app. Initially there were hiccups but he smoothly navigated me with whole steps and it finally worked ! They are indeed one of the best service providers and you will be very happy after the support you receive !
