Simple and useful

I am practising Box Breathing. It has many physical and psychological benefits. This app helps me practice box breathing anywhere and anytime. It tells you out inhale, hold, exhale, and hold. This helps me to follow the instructions carefully and do this breathing exercise by closing the eyes. Closing the eyes, focusing on the breathing and rise and fall of belly, gives you calming experience. The user interface is also simple. Loved this app

Excellent and simple one

My suggestion are include number counting instead of only beeb sounds, you may provided number of repetitive cycle with a specific time gaps, better to provide edit cycle time for default breathing also, may be provide additional customisation breath patterns instead of existing 4 new additions, continuous improvement are expected 🙏🙏🙏

Simple and effective guided meditation

I really loved this simple application that helps meditate effectively. There are pre-programmes breathing patterns and an option for customising too which is helpful in working with what is currently mangeable for you.
