Not working properly in my iphone
When I upload file or photos, I can’t see in app and shows upload complete
Good pricing but waste of money
Bought the 1Tb lifelong plan after I damaged my portable hard disk and lost my images. Was looking for 1 time investment and this looked affordable and competitive in price. I am unable to use this extensively because: 1) The auto upload doesn’t upload all photos. It just uploads few and then I have no idea what happens. No notifications! I have to go back and upload manually which is a nightmare. 2) I have never seen my videos getting auto uploaded. Manual upload for page files is not good. 3) Unnecessary folders with extensions *.tmp gets created which comes back again after I delete them. ANNOYING!!! 4) Should give an option to sort based on name or uploaded date or some sort. How tough is that? SAD! 5) Still no option to sync google? It’s below average as of now! However, I feel this application has great potential. Waiting for updates.
No auto sync of photos or videos
This is the worst ever app I’ve seen. Once the sync of photos or videos is interrupted then you have to upload rest all manually. This feature is available with every free cloud storage app we need not pay if such feature is not available. Support page on iOS app shows blank screen and there is no way to reach support team
