This has been my tracker, analyser and life changer in so many ways I can’t explain! Love this App. I used this as a purely manual tracker, without connecting banks or anything. It’s been my tracker & manager for a little more than 3.5 years. I paid for the App in full at the time & I own a Lifetime license. Unfortunately, my requirements have risen beyond what they offer now. Although they provide options to add custom sub-categories, there is no provision for adding our own custom MAIN categories. Their icon & colour palette too is very limited even after 4 years. No tangible enhancements to the App except for the new Liquid Glass effect. I have now moved onto a new App this year called “Budget Flow”. But my records until 2025 remain in this. I truly hope they do some revamp on their current UI / UX considering it’s 2026 now.

Currently, the app only allows renaming main categories and adding subcategories because it uses machine learning to keep data structured and meaningful. Feedback on Investments Account option

The new feature is good and UI options also good. But at one point feels a bit confused.In the portfolio of the investments account on the right hand side of the record you are showing the total amount spend on the stocks. And below to it you are showing the current price of the stocks both seems a bit odd to check my loss or gains I need to do calculations again. It would be good if you show the average price of the stocks that bought and the quality, then it would seems a easy for the understanding. And also if you could add a option to show profit and loss of the account separately it would be much appreciated.Thanks to the wallet team for your continuous support. 👍
Bank Sync feature is unusable

After a lot of research, I zeroed in on this App. The interface is excellent and the features are intuitive. I use HDFC bank and upon subscribing to the premium plan, the sync with all my bank accounts was seamless. After about a couple of weeks, the accounts stopped syncing. I disconnected and reconnected. It worked again. But once again, the same issue resurfaced and for the last one week, I have been unsuccessful at restoring my bank account on the app. I have raised a complaint as per the help module but there has been response to it. I really hope this issue is resolved. If the bank account doesn’t sync, my subscription would be worthless.

Worst Support Ever

I have a premium account and been using this app for the last 2 years… Never have i ever received a proper support from the team here. I am continuing to use it only because i paid for the lifetime membership (bad step on my part). Whenever i face any issues, i usually delete everything and start from the scratch (i don’t use many features except tracking expenses manually) (using budgets, planned payments, bank sync, etc… screws up the app most of the time - speaking from my experience with this app). A week ago, i was adding an expense on an account and the app crashed. When i started the app again, the account just vanished. Raised a ticket the same day and no update so far from them (it’s been a week now). If you are willing to use a unstable app with no support whatsoever, please go ahead and subscribe for this. Don’t fall for the modern UI look. There must be better apps and i am going to find one and delete this wallet app.
