MISAPPROPRIATION IN PACKING

In the recent days the daily fish has increased the the rate of certain products.
But at the same time they fail to maintain the decent quality and quantity.

When a customer orders for large and when the pack is opened, only small and mini items are found and it frustrates the customer and found not worth for the amount spent.

This is a unique comment and we really want to get more information to investigate the situation. We have zero tolerance on quality of our products. We are managing a cold chain process only after the initial chemical tests at various levels. As the fish is only undergoing the freezing technology, the texture tends to be soft than normal. This is the same scenario wherein we kept our fingers in cold water for longer time. This will be more visible in smaller fishes. That’s why we recommend defreeze/thaw the fish upto 20 mins rather than 40 mins for smaller fishes like Mackerel, Anchovies, Sardine etc.

App UI needs improvement big time & product information isn’t great

UI is not the most convenient ones out there. Especially when you get into the details section (where you have one product after another being displayed one below the other. It’s basic and it’s outdated.
2) availability of advertised products (that comes by way fo sms) is a dampener, and the customer service is unable to handle any related queries. For instance, I had a question on the availability of a product I saw one morning (sms) and it was not it stock and the agent didn’t have a clue of the item or when it will be in stock. The handshake isn’t there and now I don’t even check!
3) sometimes I wonder the benefit of buying the meat and other products that are widely available in the stores...the USP is unknown.

Worst customer service

Do not promise what you cannot deliver. Customer service says the delivery person is waiting at the location and even after 30 mins delivery person says he will take yet another 30 mins. What worsens it is the indifferent attitude of the customer care.

Kindly let me know how to stop those annoying daily SMSes. I do not wish to receive them henceforth.
